1. Services Provided

JC Hydro Blast LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to: pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, driveway cleaning, roof washing, gutter cleaning, and related services. All services are subject to availability and a final on-site inspection when applicable.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Some surfaces may require additional treatments (e.g., rust removal, oxidation, or tiger striping) which will be clearly outlined and priced separately. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional services are requested or if site conditions differ from what was described during quote setup.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, or digital payments (e.g., Venmo, credit/debit, etc.). Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Emergency reschedules due to weather are not penalized.

5. Property Access and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for: Ensuring all windows are closed and pets are secured, clearing driveways, patios, or decks of furniture and valuables, informing us of any pre-existing damage or weak areas (loose siding, cracked windows, etc.). We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property and landscaping during our 27-point inspection and throughout service.
